Mountain View Fire and Rescue is pleased to announce the promotion of Firefighter Ryan McGinnis to the position of Fire Lieutenant. Lieutenant McGinnis began his career with Mountain View as a volunteer in 2000 and was hired as a career firefighter in 2006. Lieutenant McGinnis wife pins his new badge during the promotional ceremony held at the Board Fire Fire Commissioners meeting.
